1. Dispatch

In-stock orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days. Large bulk orders may need longer; we will confirm a dispatch date after you order. You will receive tracking details by email once your order has shipped.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping is calculated at checkout from the destination, weight, and dimensions of your order. Palletised freight is quoted separately.

4. International Orders

Customs duties, taxes, and import fees are the responsibility of the receiving customer.

5. Damaged or Missing Items

Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the affected items, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
